Couldn't stay longer.

The staff was great and friendly. The food was tasty and freshly made. The location was convenient for visiting the old Anuradhapura city. The hotel had a real paddy field, giving a unique atmosphere. The place was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. The price was worth it. The breakfast was delicious. The staff went above and beyond for a special surprise for Valentine's Day.

The hotel facilities were impressive with a large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. the room was clean and spacious with a huge bathroom and shower. the food in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful. the location was convenient with easy access to key tourist attractions and transportation.

The hotel needs to improve on its service standards. the staff did not seem willing to attend to our complaints, and some areas of the hotel were not properly maintained.

During our stay at a hotel in Anuradhapura, I had a wonderful experience at Avasta Resort And Spa. The facilities were exceptional, with a beautiful pool and gym. The room was clean and spacious, and I was impressed by the size of the bathroom and shower. The hotel complex had multiple seating areas, and the luxury looking chalets added an extra touch. The highlight of my stay was the delicious Sri Lankan curry served in a banana leaf. Additionally, the hotel's location set back from the main road made it convenient for flagging down tuk tuks. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch facilities and pleasant stay.

Great stay with quiet ambiance in bustling city. Excellent spa treatment and delicious traditional meals. Spotless clean, well-equipped room with comfy bed and big bathroom. Friendly hosts, arranged early arrival. Amazing, freshly prepared food. Highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and efficient, making sure that all our requirements were met. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool perfect for relaxation and a well-equipped gym for fitness enthusiasts. The breakfast had a vast selection of fresh fruits and decent eggs, and the restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. this hotel was spotlessly clean, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

the grounds were kept well and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the pool but it was often crowded. Our room was of good size, but the smell was off-putting. the bed was comfortable, although the bathroom could have been cleaner. the restaurant area was nice and the food was fresh, but sometimes the service was disorganized.

There were issues with the staff's training that detracted from our overall experience.

They were friendly and always willing to assist, ensuring we had the best possible experience. we did encounter a minor issue with the Swimming pool on its cleanliness. That being said, it did not affect our overall experience as the rest of the hotel made up for it. the Bar/Lounge area was a great place to relax and unwind, and the location advantages of the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the area further. If you're looking for a luxurious escape, this hotel is the perfect venue with its exclusive and exceptional amenities.
